What do you record with? 

We edit with professional full 4K Sony cameras to ensure we capture every moment in the best detail possible.

 

How long will my Wedding Video be?

 

Your wedding video will average between one hour and one hour twenty minutes in duration depending on circumstances. Shorter videos can be created if you wish.

 

An average breakdown of a full-day video would include a montage of preparations at the bride's house in the morning followed by the guests and bridal party arriving at the church/civil service venue.

 

We endeavor to trim down the ceremony depending on its duration while maintaining all the vital moments. After that, we have short montage of the greeting of the guests after the mass.

 

There is a montage of the guests at the reception venue followed by the arrival of the bride and groom as well as any entertainment that may take place such as bands/magicians etc. We include the full speeches, the cutting of the cake, and finishing the video with your first dance as a newlywed couple. An hour of extra dancing can be included extra for an additional fee.

 

 

How can I share with family and friends?

Your finished video will be delivered to you via USB. This is our standard delivery method for 2023. If you would like a different delivery method, please tell us in advance of the wedding date and we will do our best to accommodate you. We no longer provide DVDs as standard.

 

Booking & Payment

A booking fee of €400 is required to confirm the booking of your wedding date. This booking fee is strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the day of the wedding. You will be emailed a receipt of payment for both payments within 14 working days. 

 

​Can I get additional copies of the video afterward?

We will keep a copy of the raw footage for a maximum of six months after the delivery of the final video. We will keep a master copy of your final movie and highlights for one year should you decide you want to purchase extra copies. Extra copies ordered before delivery of the finished video are €50 per USB. Any additional USBs ordered after this time period however are subject to a €40 fee per USB.

 

 

​What other options are available aside from your main packages?

Yes, we have a list of additional features and options for you to choose from. If you are not sure what you'd like filmed or if you want something totally different from the norm, feel free to give us a call and we'll accommodate you as best we can.
 

 

​​Do you charge mileage expenses?

 

We do not charge mileage within a 60-mile radius of Cork City. Beyond this distance, mileage charges apply.

 

 

Are we expected to provide the videographers with a meal?

 

Yes. We do not require nor expect this to be a full expensive wedding dinner meal, however. We are more than happy to have a simple meal in the bar area. As you can imagine, filming constantly for an entire day is quite tiring so we love to take the opportunity to stretch our legs and clear our heads briefly away from the reception before returning to record again fresh!

 

 

How long until I receive my finished video?

 

Please allow 32-36 weeks for delivery of the finished product.  On occasion, this time frame can stretch to 38-42 weeks depending on our backlog of work. Each video takes a considerable amount of time to edit and craft so as you can imagine, once wedding season kicks in, our backlog can become quite long. Your wedding film is very important to us, so we take our time to make we have it just right!

 

 

Do you have a written contract?

 

Yes, we do. you can find a copy of that contract here. It's all fairly standard stuff, it helps to ensure you get exactly what you pay for and we know exactly what's needed to fully cover your big day.
